By calling New England Refinishing. We can be reached at 978-562-3397 Mon thru Fri from 7:00AM until 5:00PM, and on Sat by appointment only. Our trained staff will help you understand the options available for all of your finishing, refinishing, and restoration needs.

How does guaranteed pricing work?
We will make and on-site appointment to consult with you regarding your needs, and we will discus the various service options available to you. Once we are able to view the project, we will quote you a price that we guarantee will not be exceed by more than 10%. This guaranteed is given to you in writing. Any deviations from this guaranteed will be stated on the invoice prior to the start of work.

What if I find a problem with the finished product?
At New England Refinishing, we stand behind all of our work with a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If you find a problem in our work, we will correct the problem at no cost until you are satisfied with the results.

Do I have to bring you my furniture?
New England refinishing provides pickup and delivery services. Our staff of professional movers ensures that your treasured items are properly packed and expertly moved to prevent damage. Also, in most cases, pick-up and delivery is offered free to our customers. Call us for a quote. Alternatively, you can drop off and/or pick up your item(s) at our shop. We are conveniently located at 9 Bonazzoli Ave, Unit #22, in Hudson, MA 01749.
